Trash Service
The Homeowner’s Association has negotiated a group rate for trash, yard, and recycle waste with Kirby Sanitation (tel: 864-848-1968). In an effort to reduce heavy truck traffic in the neighborhood, new residents are encouraged to contract Kirby for services; be sure to mention you live in Hammett Creek II to get our group rate.

Neighborhood Gate
- Clickers: Previous owners should pass along gate clicker(s) at your closing. Contact [email protected] to get additional clickers to open the neighborhood gate.
- Gate Codes: For security, please do not use any codes from the previous owner. Contact [email protected] to assign new codes. There are two types of codes, one type that works during business hours for contractors, and one type that works 24×7 for your family.
- Telephone Entry: If a guest calls you from the gate, press 9 to open the gate.
- Tailgating: Please do not tailgate. The loop does not keep the gate open once it starts to close after 15 seconds.
